The width of the insert with seam allowances is 4 cm. The length of the shuttlecock and its inner circumference are selected along the length of the stitching line of this very shuttlecock. It is desirable that the circumference be slightly longer than the stitching line.

It was a cutting option with a contrasting insert on the back. But it is also possible with an overlay "lightning" in a contrasting color. In this case, the back pattern does not fold over and is cut out without an allowance along the middle seam.
