The consumption of fabric for a blouse, depending on the size, will be from 115 to 125 cm. This is with a fabric width of 140 cm and while maintaining the length of the blouse.
The style of this blouse is suitable only for slender figures of any height.
For sewing, you can choose both rigid fabrics and flowing ones.
If you want to achieve maximum splendor and maximum sleeve volume, organza or dense artificial silk is well suited for such a blouse.
Slightly less suitable would be taffeta or thin hard jacquard.
From flowing fabrics such as butter, natural silk or chiffon, the sleeve will look less voluminous.

DIY pattern of a summer blouse
Before cutting, you should decide what length of blouse and what length of sleeve you need. When choosing the sleeve length, do not forget about the lap, which for this style is 5-10 cm. That is, add 5-10 cm to the desired sleeve length.
Opening this blouse is very simple (picture 2).
The direction of the share thread is determined as follows: for the front it coincides with the middle line - half-slip, for the back - perpendicular to the lines of the bottom and waist, for the sleeve - share along the part.
Seam allowances of 1 cm, except for armholes and rounds (see picture 1) - no seam allowances are added along the cuts of the armholes and the hem. On the bottom 1 - 2 cm - depending on the method of processing.
To save some fabric, cutting is best done in two stages: the first is the shelf and back, the second is the sleeve.
To cut the front and back, fold the fabric in half face inward, bending the fabric across the width of the layout. The edges should be parallel, the patterns are stacked with a jack, taking into account seam allowances.
Having cut out the front and back, make notches at the waist level on the allowances of the middle and side seams.
To process the upper cut of the blouse, you will need a “oblique” strip of fabric 3–4 cm wide.
A zipper is not required, so we just grind, overcast and iron the middle, side and sleeve seams. If the blouse is sewn from organza or chiffon, then it is better to double the seams. After that, the sleeve is stitched in and sewn in, the upper cut of the blouse is processed.
See sewing master class video how to process the upper cut of a similar product
Processing the bottom of the sleeve: we start with the assembly, and after completing the assembly, we turn it over.
How to assemble - see sewing video tutorial
The bottom is processed into an open-cut hem (overlock and fold once) if the fabric is dense and opaque or into a closed-cut hem (fold twice without overcasting) if the fabric is thin and transparent.
