5. How to cut trousers according to the finished pattern

Cutting very simple (drawings 2 и 3).

The fabric is folded in half face inward, the edges are aligned and parallel to the edge of the cutting table.

Parts are laid out in the most economical way, taking into account the shared direction.

Seam allowances - 1 cm. Exceptions will be the bottom and seam of the seat. We add allowances up to 3 cm to them. Pay attention to the seam of the seat: the allowance expands from 1 to 3 cm. The seam section of the seat falls on the belt - it is also 3 cm. .0,5 cm

If the RFP does not go across the width of the fabric (picture 2), then we cut out the missing wedge-dotachku. For convenience, a sheet of paper is placed under the fold of the fabric and the missing wedge is drawn around the paper.

For figures with a protruding belly, it is recommended to cut out the PP belt with a seam along the cut of the bow. At the same time, the bow allowance can be extended up to 3 cm, like the seat allowance. Such an allowance will give not only a margin of volume, but will also allow you to perform a very precise fit of the trousers according to the figure.

How to add seam allowances to burlap?

You can “around” 1 cm, but you can only along the upper cut (which goes under the belt), along the side seam and at the entrance to the pocket.

Now with regard to the shared thread.

If on the PP and ZP the share thread coincides with the ironing line, then a few words should be said about the rest of the details.

Burlap-valance - share must match the share PP.

Burlap-turning is good if the share is along the line of entry into the pocket.

There are options for the belt. Belt details can be cut on an oblique (picture 2). The oblique cut of the belt is especially relevant for a cage or strip. In addition, the lobar can pass across the belt (picture 3).

6. How to sew pants to fit

1. Process the fold on the PP - stitch or sweep.
2. Run WTO (wet-heat treatment, ironing) trousers.
3. Process the pocket: sew a burlap-turn to the entry line (if the entrance of the burlap-turn coincides with the share, you can not duplicate it), iron and secure with a finishing line; put a burlap-valance; perform pocket fasteners; process the edge of the burlap - stitch and overcast or edging.
4. Overcast, iron, stitch and iron the side and crotch seams. There will be a zipper in the left side seam, so we leave the seam fragment unstitched.
5. We sew the "upper" belt in parts. If there is no fit along the seam of the bow, the seam of the bow should be processed first. We grind the upper cut of the belt with the lower one.
6. We process the zipper.
7. We sweep the seam of the seat, moving to the belt. If the fitting will be carried out along the bow, then we sweep the bow. This approach to the processing of trousers will make it easy to further adjust their volume to changes in the figure.
8. At the fitting, we perform an exact fit of the trousers according to the figure, using the bow-seat. We outline exactly the bottom.
9. We grind the bow-seat, stretching the seam under the line. We sew again in the opposite direction, stretching the seam. We iron, pulling the seam.
