The best option would be a dense, but rather thin knitted fabric with low stretch.

Fabric consumption will be from 220 to 300 cm with a width of 150 cm.

For processing the bottom of trousers and long sleeves, as well as for processing pockets, you can use dovyas (cuff fabric), the consumption of which will be 20 - 30 cm.

The length of the zipper is at least 70 cm.

Please note that there is no need to make an active fastener for the entire length of the overalls. The lower part can only be an imitation.

4. How to cut an oversized asymmetrical jumpsuit according to a simple ready-made pattern

Before cutting, as usual, we determine the length of the product, comparing the length of the patterns with the desired one. Separately, we compare the length of the bodice with the measurement of Dpt and the length of the trousers with the measurement of the same name. Of course, the length of the shelf should be adjusted carefully so that there is no skew of the parts.

Seam allowances - two options: no allowances or 1 cm in all sections, except for the neck and armholes.

Above the tucks - "houses".

Since this model is asymmetrical, you need to cut it in a turn, that is, lay the fabric in one layer face up. This approach will avoid cutting errors.

An example layout for small sizes is shown in 2 drawing, for large 3 drawing.

Please note that PP can be cut as "with a side cut off under the pocket" (picture 2), and "whole" (picture 3).

Option on 2 drawing allows you not to return to cutting, and the option to 3 drawing - leave a whole PP pattern, so that later you can compare the machined parts with them.

For the convenience of assembling the product, it is worth making notches on the cut of the trousers at the knee level and mark the half-skid - the middle line of the shelf.

As for the hood, it can be made double and for this four parts should be cut out (Fig. 2). But if provided other processing or the “lower” hood will be from a different fabric, then we cut out two parts (Fig. 3)

5. How to sew a jumpsuit with a long fastener with your own hands

1. 3. We collect the "shelf". First, we grind the seam of the PP bow, then the right shelf with the right side part of the PP and the left shelf with the left PP and a fragment of the right PP. We crimp the seams.
