6. How to cut a medical suit according to a finished pattern

In any case, you will have to cut the jacket and trousers separately, since the jacket has an asymmetrical cut, and the trousers are symmetrical.

The cutting of the jacket is shown in 2 drawing.

In most cases, it will be convenient to combine the fronts and fronts into one piece - the right front with the right front, the left with the left, as shown in the figure.

When laying out patterns on fabric, please note that all asymmetrical details should be laid out with inscriptions up on the front side of the fabric. This approach to cutting will save you from embarrassing mistakes.

Of course, if the fabric is double-sided, this does not matter.

Seam allowances - 1 cm, except for the neckline, armholes, eyelets and detachable cuts of the collar with facing.

The facing, as usual from a thin doubler or interlining, is cut out along the pattern of the back, focusing on the facing line in the drawing.

Lobar back - along the midline (perpendicular to the waist), lobar shelves - along the half-skid (this is the middle line of the shelf and the figure of the person in front).

At the bottom of the jacket, sleeves and at the entrance to the pocket - add 2,5 - 3 cm.

Do I need to cut out dubbing for rebounds?

It is possible to duplicate a (special adhesive) "edge" or a shared strip of understudy a fragment of the selection by placing a strip of dubbing to the line of the edge of the bead. In this case, the width of the edge or strip should not be wider than 3 cm.

After cutting, do not forget to mark the lines of the edge of the bead, waist (notches on the side cuts) and half-skid.

The highest point of the collar - fold the cut of the sleeve in half lengthwise and make a notch at the bend along the collar.

After cutting, do not forget to put notches at the level of the knee on the side and step cuts. When sewing trousers, the combination of these notches will improve the quality of the seams.

6.1. How to sew a jacket for a medical suit

1. Process the darts - grind and iron down.
2. Process the sides: stick the dubbing on the edge close to the line of the edge of the edge, iron the edges along the line of the edge of the edge of the shelf.
3. Process the middle seam of the back: stitch, overcast, iron to one side and topstitch.
4. In the same way, process the shoulder and side seams, as well as the seam of the sleeve.
5. Stitch the facing pieces and sew to the pick-up along the shoulder seams. Iron the seams. Overcast the flyaway cut of the rebounds and turning of the sprout.
6. Aligning the shoulder point with the highest point of the eyelet, sew in the sleeve, evenly distributing the eyelet along the armhole. Stitch by stretching the line. Overcast, iron the seam.
7. Stitch the neck.
8. Process the bottom of the blouse and the bottom of the sleeve in a hem or in another way.
9. Treat the pocket like a handbag, fold along the entrance, iron and sew to the right shelf 3-5 cm down from the waist.

6.2. How to sew trousers

1. Process the pocket.
2. Iron the PP belt and the ZP belt lengthwise.
3. Run the WTO of the trousers - stretch the seat and the bow slightly as much as possible so that the threads of the seam of the seat do not burst later. There should be two lines at a distance of 0,1 cm
4. Stitch stretching, overcast and iron the seam of the bow and the seam of the seat, moving to the belt.
5. Overcast the edge of the ZP belt and make a drawstring with an elastic band.
6. Sew the belt to the PP and make a drawstring with a cord, using the “pass” in the middle seam of the belt.
