"Horseshoes" - suitable for both pregnant and lactating mothers and their newborn babies.
In the attachment there are three patterns of “horseshoe” pillows measuring 84 by 86, 74 by 75 and 74 by 70.
And the "eight" is the biggest pillow!

So, in the finished form, the pillowcase will be 96 by 133 cm in size.

seams do not need to be added.
Naperniki are traditionally sewn from coarse calico or teak.
Pillowcases - from any fabric that is pleasant for you, but cotton and linen materials are preferred.
You can take bed calico, and chintz of cheerful colors, and even stretch.
In addition to the fabric for sewing pillowcases, you will need long "zippers" from 50 cm. Preferably hidden ones.
For stuffing, you can use fluff and feathers, woolen yarn (especially good from old knitwear).
From modern materials, synthetic winterizer and holofiber are suitable.
