"Sewing without samples" - the second book by Vera Olkhovskaya about the cutting technique. It describes the techniques of cutting clothes, the tailoring technology of which does not provide for traditional fittings. And the indisputable advantage of the presented models is that they do not require alterations in case of weight fluctuations.
“Clothes without fittings” contains styles of varying complexity and suitable for all types of figures.
The method of presenting the material is the same as in the “Cutting Technique for the Lazy”: the author refuses the generally accepted alphanumeric designation of points and lines in the drawings and focuses on explaining the logic of the constructions. The use of calculations and formulas is kept to a minimum.
Particular attention is paid to the subtleties of cutting and processing without the use of special sewing equipment. Previously, these simplified "home" technologies for making clothes from thin synthetic knitwear were not described anywhere.
In 2012 book "Sewing without fittings" reissued in electronic version.
