Many people have questions about how download paid patterns and whether we send them by e-mail.

I will answer that both options are possible and it depends on the payment method you choose.

If you paid for the pattern via SMS, LiqPay or Robokassa, after payment you are immediately automatically provided with a link to the pattern, where you can download it three times. The link is valid for 5 days.

Of course, it is better not to delay, because if you lose this link, you will need to write to the Admin (responding to the letter that came to your mail after placing the order) and he will send you a pattern.

If you transferred money to a WebMoney or Privatbank account, the patterns are sent by the Admin. Since these payment methods are not automated.

You must inform him after payment of the amount of the transfer and the approximate time of payment.

It is better not to write a new letter, but to answer the one that you received from us after placing an order.

The time of payment may be needed to identify your payment through Privatbank, if you did not leave a comment when making a payment through Privat24.

Why is it necessary to write to the Admin after paying by "non-automatic" methods?

The fact is that buyers, in order to choose a convenient payment method, often place trial orders, that is, they send orders without paying for them.

Sometimes the contents of the trial and paid orders from the same customer do not match, and the amount payable is the same.

Therefore, if you paid to a WebMoney or Privatbank account, immediately write to the Admin.

What should I do if I didn't receive an email with my order?

As soon as you place an order, the site automatically sends you a copy of it. If you haven't received an email, check the Spam folder in every mailbox. If the letter was not there, then you probably entered your e-mail incorrectly and you will have to place an order again.

If you incorrectly entered your e-mail and paid for the order ...

... the operator will charge you money, but ... you will still receive a pattern! ..

To do this, you must write to the Admin, indicating the same real name, the same mailbox, but without an error, the date and approximate time of the order (morning, afternoon, evening, night).

Since, in most cases, people simply miss one letter or dot, the order can be found and the patterns are sent to the buyer.
