Biography
Born in 1838 year
1954 - Sixteen-year-old Voronin began to professionally comprehend the art of sewing at a vocational school.
1957 - Mikhail, as the best graduate of a vocational school, is left to work in an atelier.
1959-60 - after completing the course, Voronin becomes a foreman.
1964 - Voronin works as a cutter for men's outerwear. In the same year, he managed to go abroad for the first time. Foreigners, convinced that in the USSR they do not know how to sew, they took it for an imported suit that Voronin sewed for himself. This hurt his professional pride, and, returning home, Mikhail was determined to change the situation.
1965 - aged workers ignored the moralizing of the 25-year-old 'master'. After another skeptical reaction, he made a bet that one night he would sew a winter coat (it takes 3-4 days for one master to sew, and a luxury coat is sewn up to 10 days). Colleagues locked Voronin in the workshop, and in the morning the coat was ready. Thus, the strong personality of the future master was manifested, and his authority was no longer in doubt.
The concept of marketing strategies did not exist then, Voronin applied them intuitively. After preliminary coordination of the time with each client, a clear schedule of appointments was drawn up. “Knowing when it’s convenient for someone to come,” says the master, “I hung their costumes in the booth ahead of time.” This made a deafening impression: “What a great fellow Lvovich! Look how many clients he has, but he remembers me, he even prepared a fitting in advance! This level of service was an absolute innovation for a Soviet person, and the customer had a favorable impression of the tailor.
1968 - Voronin comes up with a revolutionary idea - to abandon the three "classic" fittings of the English costume in general. And his unparalleled method has revolutionized the entire modeling world.
1970 - obtaining a patent for the invention of the VEST-Dummy METHOD, for which 35 more inventions were required.
Mikhail Voronin taught his method in republican, all-Union and international schools of excellence. This method brought fame to the Master not only in the Soviet Union, but also abroad.
M.L. Voronin is a full cavalier of the Order of Labor Glory, was awarded the Gold Medals of the VDNKh of the USSR and the Ukrainian SSR for 1975-1984, was awarded the title of Honored Inventor of the USSR. The improved vest-layout method became the basis of the author's computer technology for cutting clothes and led to Voronin in the 80s the first customers in Europe and America.
1972 Mikhail Voronin - graduate of the Kyiv Technological Institute of Light Industry. By the way, he received higher education on the job.
Meter's personnel policy is also unique. He took a group of 12 professional tailors for training, studied the individual characteristics of each worker, his abilities, operations that work out in the best way. Then I checked this data in the work. And only then did he build a scheme for the future brigade. As a result, the formed group performed 1 monthly volume of work in 1,5 month. It is not surprising that the press constantly wrote about Voronin's team.

1995-96 - Start of exporting products abroad. Entering the international market was not easy. Well-tailored suits of the concern were purchased only at reduced prices. Higher prices were offered only on the condition that instead of the Ukrainian one, some European trademark would appear on the suits. Voronin refused and continued to improve his products. Today, clothes with trademarks of the Mikhail Voronin concern are sold in 16 countries around the world.
1997 - 1st Prize "Best Trademark 1997" (Rome)
1998 - International Gold Star of Quality "Golden Arch of Europe" (Madrid). Voronin was elected an academician of technical sciences of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

The primary task facing the young organization is to build a correct mechanism for mutually beneficial partnerships. As a result, Trading House "VORONIN-UKRAINE" becomes the first Ukrainian company operating on a franchising system.
